Beach accessories

When you're going to the beach, you want to be looking your best, and that really does mean more than just having a great looking swimming suit.  Bringing the right accessories that cover both form and function is an important part of enjoying your time at the beach.  Here is a quick checklist of items to bring to the beach.

One:  A stylish beach bag.  This is the first step, since you're going to need to bring all your other beach accessories and items in something.

Two:  A pair of flip flops.  Flip flops are comfortable, easy to bring around, kick off, and can look great (despite what you may have heard).

Three:  Contact lenses.  While you could wear glasses, we don't recommend glasses as part of your beach accessories checklist unless you absolutely can't wear contacts or have prescription sunglasses.

Four:  Sunglasses.  There are a lot of great styles of sunglasses these days which make the perfect addition to your beach accessories, and help keep the sun out to boot.

Five:  A sun hat.  Your sunglasses may need some help in keeping you protected from the sun, and in the accessory department a sun hat can help out a lot.

Six:  Your swim suit and a coverup.  A swim suit is just part of what you'll want.  A good coverup will let you stay at the beach even after it gets colder, and move seamlessly on and off the beach.

Be sure to always bring sun tan lotion and sun block to keep your skin looking beautiful and young!
