The strength of sunscreen you need depends on the sensitivity of your skin.  The stronger the sunscreen you get, the less damage you’re going to receive when you’re out in the sun.  You can’t use the excuse of sunscreen to costing too much money to get away with not buying it.  Slather your body with layers of it.  You can never wear too much of it.  Make sure you buy a quality bottle of it.  Cheap sunscreen isn’t going to give you the protection you need.     
It’s difficult to know what kind of sunscreen you need until you feel the effects of sun damage.  You can’t use sunscreen to reverse the effects of sun damage.  It can protect you against the rays of the sun and keep them from damaging your skin.  Don’t go without wearing it when you’re in the sun.  The consequences of not wearing sunscreen could be deadly.  Buy several bottles so you’re never going to be without it.
